  OMG... it wasn't a fluke! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CHILI RELLENO IN THE WORLD!!!
  
  Ever since our last visit I've been ordering chili rellenos to see if I could find one as good as the one at Los Primos. Visits to dozens upon dozens of restaurants led only to disappointment after disappointment. My search was so fruitless that I thought I must have been mistaken. Maybe my Los Primos chili relleno was but a dream.
  
  Well last night we found out the truth! There is no chili relleno that exists that is as good as the chili rellenos at Los Primos.
  
  It's the very light batter or none at all, how long they fry it, the type and size of pepper they use, the cheese they put inside and the sauce they put on top that helps set them apart. It is not one item, but a combination of getting everything right that makes the chili rellenos at Los Primos exceptional.
  
  We really enjoyed the fresh hot tortillas from their tortillas machine too! We will make it a point to stop in here anytime we're ever in town.
  
  The legend of the Los Primos chili relleno lives on!

  I don't understand the low reviews that Los Primos gets. I've been several times and have always had wonderful service and delicious food. The staff are friendly, there is ample parking, and the service is timely. I've had a better margarita, but no complaints. Worth the short drive from Granbury for yummy, inexpensive Mexican food.

  I took my sister there for her birthday and enjoyed the margaritas. Unfortunately when they brought our food there was a live cockroach stuck in her food that we noted as soon as the waitress sat the plate down. Unfortunately that ruined it for both of us and we had to go somewhere else. The owner and waitress were rude and never apologized. They even acted like it was OUR fault! I dont recommend the place!

  Damn Good!!Friend of mine recommenced this place and boy oh boy was she SPOT ON! Clean, quick, fresh and the service was great! We ordered a Full order of Molcajete!! It was everything you could imagine!! Shrimp, chicken and beef fajitas, chorizo, cheese, cactus, avocado mixed in a red chili sauce!! It was only hot by the fire not the heat from the food itself. We had a combo of corn and flour tortillas, and it was great with both! It came with a plate of beans and rice. The beans were great, but the rice wasn't very good. We will come back and highly recommend!!! SUPER YUM!!

  This place is outstanding!  My husband and I consider ourselves connoisseurs of Mexican food and the food was excellent. We had the lunch special with a cheese enchilada (covered in a delicious chili meat sauce, a crunchy beef taco and a beef chalupa. The potions are generous. They don't skimp on the lettuce, tomatoes and cheese either!  The flavor of the meat was superb. Everything was so fresh. Loved the chips and salsa, as well. The atmosphere was a delight. The decor was a feast for the eyes! The price was very affordable! Exceptional experience! We will definitely put this as a "must" stop any time we get anywhere even remotely close to Glen Rose!
